Off to Another Holiday!

I can't believe it. In two weeks time 2009 will be over. Time flies so fast indeed. It seems like it was only yesterday we celebrated the coming of a new year and yet here we are welcoming another one. Where did all the time go?

Anyway, before I get all sentimental here, let me just talk about our upcoming annual family reunion. This is something that really makes me excited and it makes me look forward to the new year with excitement. Hubby's aunt who is organizing and hosting the said event has decided to just rent a Self Catering Holiday Cottages instead of booking a hotel room. It would cost us a lot more less if we do so. And since we can cook our meals and prepare our own snacks, we can save even more. Less dining out, less expenses.

I just hope the cottages Aunt A will find are as nice as these Self Catered Devon Cottages I saw online. She said she will try to find a cottage big enough to accommodate all of us. We will probably need a 5-bedroom cottage with a large kitchen and a spacious living room. It would be nice too if it has a swimming pool just like the ones at these luxurious Devon Cottages or an indoor jacuzzi perhaps. That would really make our reunion more fun! And I'm very sure the kids will love it. Well, we still have a couple of months to prepare for it. I hope things will turn out well.
